A man breaking free from chains beneath radiant light with the words Deliverance — Freedom from Demonic Spirits

Our mission

Helping people step out of spiritual bondage and into the freedom Christ has provided

We believe Jesus Christ is Lord and that His light overcomes darkness. The Point's deliverance ministry offers prayer and pastoral support for people who believe they are experiencing demonic influence, oppression, or persistent spiritual bondage.

Deliverance ministry is pastoral care. It does not diagnose medical or mental health conditions and should not replace care from qualified professionals.

Understanding Legal Grounds

“Legal grounds” is ministry language for areas of agreement, behavior, or spiritual involvement that may leave a person vulnerable to ongoing bondage. Learn what that means, what it does not mean, and how believers respond through repentance, truth, forgiveness, and prayer.

Can Christians Have Demons?

Christians belong to Jesus Christ and are indwelt by the Holy Spirit. Learn why the Greek word daimonizomai and the New Testament's teaching on spiritual warfare support a distinction between demonic ownership and the torment or oppression a believer may experience.

The Courtroom of Heaven

Scripture uses courtroom language to reveal God as righteous Judge, Satan as accuser, and Jesus Christ as our Advocate and Mediator. Learn how this biblical framework can guide humble, Christ-centered prayer without turning prayer into a formula.
